StockShopeX - Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on StockShopeX, navigating through the platform, or utilizing our resell, automation plans, and earning services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are strictly prohibited from using our services.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and participate in any financial transactions on this platform.

• Single Account Policy: Each user is permitted to create and operate only ONE (1) account. Creating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or sharing payment details across multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in a permanent ban.

• Accuracy of Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information (Name, Email, Phone Number, Wallet Address) during registration and withdrawal. Using fake identities or temporary emails is a severe violation of our policy.

3. Earning, Tasks & Rewards

• Task Completion: Users must complete tasks (such as quizzes, web visits, ads viewing) fairly and manually. Any attempt to bypass timers, modify iframe requests, or use automated scripts, macros, and bots is considered fraudulent.

• Reward Adjustments: StockShopeX reserves the right to adjust task rewards, referral bonuses, and ad limits at any time based on platform sustainability without prior notice.

4. Resell & Affiliate Program

• Valid Sales Only: Commissions from the Resell & Earn section are only credited for genuine, verified product sales. Self-purchasing using fake details to claim bonuses is strictly banned.

• Marketing Conduct: You are free to share your referral or resell links on social media. However, spamming, misleading advertisements, or representing yourself as an official employee of StockShopeX is strictly prohibited.

5. Automation Plans & Refund Policy

• Automation Plans: Automation plans are designed to provide extra daily earning opportunities. Once activated, an Automation plan is valid for its designated duration.

• No Refund Policy: As digital goods and automation packages are consumed immediately upon activation, ALL ACCOUNT TRANSFERS AND AUTOMATION PLAN PURCHASES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.

6. Withdrawal & Payout Policy

• Minimum Limit: The current minimum withdrawal limit is 3 USDT ($3). This limit is subject to change.

• Processing Time: Most withdrawals are processed within 5 to 30 minutes after requesting.

• Fees & Deductions: A minor processing fee may apply to certain crypto or fiat withdrawal methods to cover transaction costs.

7. Tax & Legal Compliance

Users are solely responsible for calculating, reporting, and paying any applicable taxes on their earnings from StockShopeX in their respective countries or jurisdictions. StockShopeX does not deduct or report taxes on your behalf.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, UI designs, logos, graphics, and underlying source codes associated with StockShopeX are our exclusive intellectual property. Unauthorized copying, reverse engineering, or distribution of our assets is strictly forbidden and subject to legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

StockShopeX provides an interactive platform for task completion and earning. However, we do not guarantee a fixed daily income indefinitely. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential financial losses arising from your use of the platform, third-party payment gateways, or market fluctuations.

10. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms & Conditions at any given time without prior direct notice. The "Last Updated" date will reflect any revisions. Your continued use of the platform following modifications implies your active consent to the new terms.
